Responsible for the successful overall direction, administration and coordination of all activities of the Information Technology Department at the property in accordance with the mission and objectives of the company and all established policies, procedures and controls of the company. Directly responsible for supporting the system needs of the individual operating departments ensuring a maximum level of service and user satisfaction.

Education requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences or Business Administration from a four-year college or university preferred, or four to six years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Communicates with all departments on specific needs and/or problems, and acts as a liaison between technicians, vendors and management.

· Ensures proper licensing and adequate support for all system users.

· Assists in the design, coordination and installation of multi-user applications.

· Administers a network operating system, maintaining data integrity and system quality.

· Maintains working knowledge of all applications on the network operating system.

· Enforces standards of security, system integrity and confidentiality within the department.

· Routinely inspects all supported equipment on property, identifying potential problems and coordinating necessary repairs.

· Coordinates the troubleshooting and repair of all supported equipment on property.

· Implements and manages an effective information technology plan for the property, working with the CEO to determine current and future objectives.

· Coordinates the development of information technology operating budgets with the CEO and ensures that operations are maintained within budgetary constraints.

· Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data, to determine departmental progress toward stated goals and objectives.

· Administers all programs, policies, and procedures for the Information Technology Department.

· Ensures compliance with all appropriate Tribal, Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, as applicable.

· Performs other duties as assigned.
